Gifts in Kind
Certain in-kind gifts provide materials and services we would otherwise have to purchase.
Pledges
Gift pledges over a selected period of time, particularly for multiple years, provide the advantage of advanced planning for both the donor and the Foundation. We are glad to provide reminders for pledge payment if requested by the donor.
Annual Fund
The Foundation seeks critically needed philanthropic support annually from individuals, businesses, corporations and foundations.
Memorials and Tributes
A memorial or tribute gift is a thoughtful way to honor loved ones and others who have enriched your life. Memorial gifts are acknowledged to the donor family, and tribute gifts are acknowledged to both the honoree and the donor.
Gifts of Appreciated Property
Appreciated securities, real estate and certain types of personal property may increase the value of your gift by allowing you to deduct the current fair market value of your donation.
Planned and Deferred Gifts Bequests, charitable annuities and trusts, and life insurance gifts allow donors to maximize the size of their gift. At the same time, they may also provide tangible benefits for the donor in the form of tax deductions and/or life income. Such gifts are important to the Foundation because they enable us to plan for the future, knowing we will have support from gifts planned in the past. Endowments
The most permanent gift is the one of endowment which continues to give long after the contribution is made. Named funds may be created at specific financial levels, and gifts also may be added to existing endowment funds. The income from endowments helps the hospital meet the needs of today and tomorrow. |
