    Health Insurance- Preferred Physician Plan allows choice of physicians with coverage up to 90 percent.

    Life Insurance- Coverage of one time annual base pay for full time employees paid by the employer.


    Vision care- Eye exams, eyeglasses and contacts covered up to certain limits.


    Paid Time Off- Program allows 22 days off the first year for vacations, holidays and unexpected absences such as short-term illness, etc., to provide employees maximum flexibility in planning for and taking time off.


    Major Disability Program- Provides salary protection for employees disabled for periods of time exceeding 14 calendar days due to non-work related injury or illness.


    Retirement- The hospital pays the complete cost of the Money Accumulation Plan retirement program.
