Special Services
 Patient Satisfaction is very important to Flagler Hospital. We strive to make your experience with us the best it can possibly be. To help accommodate our patients during their stay, we offer a variety of specialized services. Below you will find a few of those services listed. Chapel
The Flagler Hospital Chapel is available for patients and family members as a non-denominational place for reflection. The Chapel is located off the second floor walkway between the Diagnostic Building and the Patient Tower.
Social Services / Discharge Planning
The Social Services / Discharge Planning Department is available to assist patients and their families in need of resource information regarding discharge options and to assist in the arrangement of appropriate discharge planning under the direction of the physician. If you wish to speak to a social worker, request a referral from your physician. The Social Services Department is located on the 4th floor of the patient tower across from the main nurses station.
Interpreters
Interpreters are available for most languages, including sign language for the hearing impaired. During normal daytime hours, you can request an interpreter by asking your Nursing Unit Director or by asking your nurse to contact the Nursing Supervisor.
Gift Shop
The Flagler Hospital Gift Shop is located on the first floor of the Patient Tower. It is open Monday through Saturday from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Operated by the Flagler Hospital Auxiliary, the Gift Shop offers a variety of toys, plants, flowers and jewelry items, as well as cards and sundries. For more information, call the Gift Shop at extension 3402.
Nutrition/ Dietary
Our registered dieticians are here to assist you with your nutritional care and any related problems. All dieticians are masters level educated and have additional credentials. Individual diet consults can be arranged with a physician order or set up on a personal basis. They will provide nutritional counseling on your prescribed diet. If you have any specific questions or concerns, please contact Nutrition Services at 819-4415.

The Ancient City Catering company is housed right here on the Flagler Hospital campus. Specializing in any type of event, from receptions to cocktail parties, Ancient City Catering can provide you and your guests with delicious foods from trusted professionals. From casual to formal events, they cater to you and your needs.
