Community Hospice & Flagler Hospital Announce
Plans for New Inpatient Center for St. Johns County

Community Hospice of Northeast Florida and Flagler Hospital announced plans today for a new state-of-the-art hospice inpatient care center to be built on the Flagler Hospital campus in St. Augustine. The new 12-bed hospice inpatient unit will serve the short-term, acute end-of-life care needs for residents of St. Augustine and St. Johns County.

Flagler Hospital's Stroke Care Program Awarded Certification from the Joint Commission

Flagler Hospital has earned the Gold Seal of Approvalâ„¢ from The Joint Commission for Primary Stroke Centers. The hospital was awarded this distinction after the Joint Commission conducted an unannounced on-site review in early February.
