Excel Level 1

This course offers an introduction to basic Excel features including: terminology, navigation, data entry, changing the worksheet layout, and basic formatting.

Excel Level 2

This course provides an overview of the intermediate features of Excel including: formulas and functions, conditional formatting, sorting and filtering data, and an introduction to charts and graphs.

Excel Level 3

This course provides an overview of some of the advanced features of Excel including: templates, pivot tables, importing data, converting text to columns, advanced functions and advanced charts and graphs.

PowerPoint Level 1

This course offers an introduction to basic PowerPoint features including: terminology, bullets and text place holders, navigation, basic formatting/slide design.

PowerPoint Level 2

This course provides an overview of the intermediate features of PowerPoint including: templates, working in the Master View, inserting graphics, and charts, tables, and diagrams.

PowerPoint Level 3

This course provides an overview of some of the advanced features of PowerPoint including: photo albums, slide transitions and animations, motion paths, hyperlinks, timing and rehearsing presentations, and voice over narration.

Word Level 1

This course offers an introduction to basic Word features including: terminology, navigation, cut/copy/paste, basic formatting, reviewing documents.

Word Level 2

This course provides an overview of the intermediate features of Word including: working with templates and wizards, headers and footers, tables, charts and graphics, and tables and contents.

Word Level 3

This course provides an overview of some of the advanced features of Word including: tables and diagrams, posters, brochures and other project templates, mail merge, tracking changes and sending documents for review, forms, and comparing and merging documents.

Microsoft Outlook

The course provides an overview of Microsoft Outlook including: sending and receiving email, creating an address book, and scheduling activities and tasks.

One-on-One Microsoft Office 2003 or 2012 Training

Individualized help sessions in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint or Outlook. Participants are encouraged to bring specific projects and/or focus areas on which to work. Please note: Projects need to be emailed or saved on a compact disc; thumb drives are not allowed. Please give an overview of your needs when registering.
