Diabetes Education Class Diabetes Education
The classes meet the first and third Tuesday of every month from September to June at 9:30am in the Flagler
Wellness
Center
. The classes are approximately 1 hour and cover basic diabetes self management. Topics include nutrition, medications, exercise, preventing/delaying complications, and general support. The classes are free and no pre registration is required
